The Devil's Playground
A Fashion Lookbook Inspired by Palm Angels
a group of weary nihilists stumble across a children's playground after a long night of immoral activity. while taking a rest on the swing-sets, they take a moment to relax and reminisce about their childhoods; childhoods which may not have been as wholesome as they desired. growing up without the luxury of a genuine and joyful adolescence, these misfits shaped their personas through the likes of glamour and sin. gazing into each others' dark, dilated pupils with the most cynical of smirks on their faces, they look around and think to themselves:
"let's make this place ours."

the concept first came to me as a play on words with the brand Palm Angels. i decided on the title "The Devil's Playground" and the idea just snowballed from there. our goal was to show the rebellion and carelessness of a group of individuals who have no good left in them. their lack of empathy for the playground directly correlates to their lack of a fulfilling childhood.
